A major brand of the InterContinental Hotels Group, Crowne Plaza manages over twenty hotels and resorts throughout Australia and New Zealand.

With the growing importance of geo-location in the Search Engine algorithms, Crowne Plaza Australia and New Zealand chose iiWorks to initially explore the best way to ensure that their local properties would reach the top of the Search Engine results for geographic-related search phrases.

Hotel Website Designers presented a “micro site” strategy that would enable local brand-standard compliant websites (with fully functional and Search Engine-friendly Content Management Systems) to be rolled out across the region in a highly efficient and cost-effective program.
